A message from Hugh Dinning

In 2017, I started with just three simple shopping bags made from organic cotton. Looking back, I can proudly say, "You've done well for a 75-year-old man." I feel younger because I'm stepping into the best phase of my life—a journey shaped by highs and lows that have led me to a project that embodies all my experiences.

The Keeper is more than just a business; it's an opportunity for people to be part of something revolutionary—built on love, wisdom, experience, and a true understanding of how a business should be run. Our bags are crafted with integrity, using plant-based dyes, sustainable printing, and high-quality fabrications. They’ve been stocked by some of Australia’s best eco-conscious retailers—Go For Zero, Biome, Wild Things, Shop Neutral, and The Full Pantry. But I knew a change was needed. I wanted to create a peaceful, joyful shopping experience, and now, that vision is coming to life.

The potential for success is limitless. We are building a strong team—designers, social media experts, production managers, logistics, and more. This first year will be about learning, step by step, ensuring we get everything right. Those new to business will be nurtured, and without bad habits to unlearn, we can build something truly unique. Simplicity will be our foundation, and joy will follow. No stress—this is our motto.

The Keeper products, as they exist now, will sell out by the end of the year. Then, we transition to a new phase—receiving high-quality products at factory prices, with me working on a commission basis. This is where the door to abundance opens. With the right products, fair pricing, and a strong community, we grow together—not as competitors, but as collaborators. No one is bound by contracts; you are free to leave whenever you choose.

This is a pioneer project, one that I want to last beyond my lifetime. It won’t be passed down to my children or sold—it will continue evolving with the times, serving humanity. If we maintain our integrity and commitment to our purpose, The Keeper will prosper for all.

MY MASTERSHIP PROGRAM

I have always felt deeply connected to helping young people navigate the many challenges life throws at them. They face big questions—Who am I? What do I want to do? What is my purpose? Should I follow the trend or trust my instincts? These are defining moments, and I believe that when youth are truly connected to life, they become an unstoppable force.

The company we keep is essential. Surrounding ourselves with people who share our values shapes who we become. That’s why I created My Mastership, a project that welcomes talented young graduates who love what they do and want to contribute to something meaningful.

This initiative brings together passionate individuals in fields like marketing, content creation, graphic design, sustainability, YouTube, web design, accounting, and more. Each person plays a role in shaping The Bigger Picture—a website built with real substance, designed to inspire and help people transform their lives. This will be a space where talent meets purpose, where contributors are recognized and given the opportunity to turn their passion into a lifelong career.

Together, we are stronger. We are a family of creators, learners, and mentors. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space—especially for those who are shy or uncertain. Everyone has a talent, even if they haven’t discovered it yet. This is a chance to explore, to grow, and to share those gifts with the world.
